Return & Refund Policy for J’s Cakes

At J’s Cakes, we take pride in every treat we bake. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, please read our policy below:

Returns:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on cakes, cupcakes, platters, or other baked goods once delivered or collected.

Refunds & Replacements:

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

  • Send us a photo and your order number to: grace@jcakes.co.za or WhatsApp 066 459 9333.

  • We will offer a replacement or partial/full refund, depending on the situation.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the collection or delivery date.

  • Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
